PERMANENT PROTECTIVE ORDER

The complaint in this document was filed by Carolyn O'Brien against Darcy Butkus for stalking, harassment, and defamation. The court found that Butkus had knowingly and willfully violated O.C.G.A. §§ 16-5-90 et seq. and placed O'Brien in reasonable fear for her safety.  The court issued a permanent protective order against Butkus, prohibiting her from contacting O'Brien or her immediate family, and requiring her to stay at least 500 yards away from them.
